No reserved tables
To ensure all Members enjoy fair access to seating, all tables and lounges within the Members Area are first come, first served.
We will not be reserving tables for Members or their guests under any circumstances. Please plan ahead and arrive early if you wish to secure your preferred seating
No Sponsors Seated in the Members Area (Meeting 3 & 4 Only)
Sponsors are an important part of supporting the Nor West Jockey Club. While they will have full access to the racecourse grounds, they will not have designated tables or seating within the Members Area during City of Karratha Ladies Day and Azure Minerals Roebourne Cup Day.
Instead, sponsors will have their own reserved seating provided in the Sponsors Tent, where they can enjoy hospitality, network with racegoers, and experience the vibrant atmosphere of the day.
This arrangement helps maintain the exclusivity and comfort of the Members Area for our Season and Day Members.
No Badge Sharing

Memberships are ONLY AVAILABLE ONLINE
Memberships for the 2025 season are available exclusively online through the official Norwest Jockey Club registration process.
Memberships cannot be purchased in person, via phone, or by email.
All prospective members must first register their interest through this website. Approved applicants will then be provided with instructions to complete their membership purchase
Limit of One Membership Per Person
Each individual is permitted to purchase only one membership of each type per season.
Members may purchase:
One (1) Season Membership
One (1) Day Membership per event
Multiple Season Memberships or multiple Day Memberships for the same event under the same name or email address are not permitted.
Memberships are non-transferable.
NWJC reserves the right to cancel any duplicate or multiple memberships without refund if a breach of this policy occurs.
