Membership to the Norwest Jockey Club (NWJC) for the 2025 season is open to individuals who complete the registration of interest, meet the eligibility criteria, and are approved by the NWJC Committee. Memberships are limited and subject to the Club’s discretion.
Submission of a registration of interest does not guarantee membership. All applications are subject to committee review and approval. NWJC reserves the right to accept or reject any membership application at its sole discretion without providing reasons.
Approved applicants will be invited to complete payment of the applicable membership fee. Membership will not be confirmed or active until full payment has been received and processed. Membership fees are non-refundable once payment is made.
Membership benefits are provided for the 2025 race season and may include:
Priority entry to race day events
Access to members-only areas
Priority release access to 2026 memberships
Other benefits as determined by NWJC from time to time
Benefits are subject to change without notice and are not transferable.
Membership is valid for the 2025 race season only and will expire on 31 December 2025, unless otherwise stated. Memberships do not automatically renew.
Members are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and lawfully at all NWJC events and functions.
Any behaviour deemed inappropriate, unsafe, or contrary to the Club’s values and policies may result in the immediate suspension or termination of membership privileges.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Sharing or lending membership badges
Misuse of membership privileges
Failure to comply with Club rules or instructions from event staff
Members found breaching membership rules, including sharing their badge or attempting to transfer their membership, may be barred from applying for future membership with NWJC.
NWJC reserves the right to make all final decisions regarding membership conduct without appeal.
Membership fees are strictly non-refundable.
No exceptions will be made for change of mind, inability to attend events, or any other personal circumstances.
Memberships are non-transferable.
The name on the membership must match the person registered and approved by the NWJC Committee.
Photo identification will be required upon entry to verify the ownership of the membership. The name on the ID must match the membership registration.
Members’ badges must be worn at all times while attending race events. No spare badges will be available on race days.
If you arrive at the track without your official membership badge, you will not be permitted entry into the members’ area under any circumstances.
NWJC is not responsible for the cancellation, modification, or rescheduling of events due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to weather events, natural disasters, government restrictions, or public health orders.
By registering for membership, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information by NWJC for membership management purposes, including communication about club events, news, and promotions.
Your personal information will be handled in accordance with the NWJC Privacy Policy.
You also acknowledge and agree that photographs, video, and audio recordings may be taken at NWJC events. These materials may be used by NWJC for promotional, marketing, and advertising purposes, including publication on the Club’s website, social media channels, and other media outlets without compensation or further notice.

Memberships for the 2025 season are available exclusively online through the official Norwest Jockey Club registration process.
Memberships cannot be purchased in person, via phone, or by email.
All prospective members must first register their interest through this website. Approved applicants will then be provided with instructions to complete their membership purchase.
Each individual is permitted to hold:
One (1) Season Membership
One (1) Day Membership per event
Duplicate Season Memberships or multiple Day Memberships for the same event under the same name or email address are not permitted.
Memberships are non-transferable, and NWJC reserves the right to cancel any duplicate or multiple memberships without refund if a breach of this policy occurs.
